Cancellation Policy
Before confirming your holiday, we invite you to review our cancellation policies.

Standard Rate
Free cancellation: Up to 4 days before the arrival date.
Late cancellations or no-shows: Charged the cost of the first night for stays up to 5 nights.
Longer stays (over 5 nights): Charged 20% of the total holiday cost.
Early departures (stays over 3 nights): May be charged an amount equal to 3 nights of the stay.
Early departures (stays of 3 nights or less): Charged a penalty of 50% of the total unused nights.
Discounted Rates
Non-refundable and non-modifiable: Bookings made under a discounted rate cannot be changed or refunded.
Cancellations or no-shows: The entire amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
Meal plans: No deductions or refunds are provided for unused meals on Half Board or Full Board stays.
